“I have been following meditation classes with Eva for a while now and I enjoy them a lot. Lots of different meditations which is nice and enjoyable. Eva has a pleasant voice which is nice for guided meditations. The classes are good and whether you are experienced or are just starting like me, Eva makes you feel welcome.
Would you like to be more in tune with you body and feelings than these classes are a great way. I have noticed that they help me to be more aware of my body and feelings. It also is nice that it is a set moment each week.
