De meditaties die we doen zijn steeds weer anders maar wat ze gemeen hebben is dat ze op jouw behoeften worden afgestemd. We zullen zowel dynamische als zittende meditaties doen. --- The meditations we will be doing will change every time but what they have in common is that they will be tailored to your needs. We will do both dynamic meditations and sitting maditations.
