GETTING INTO THE POSE
From a kneeling position with the big toes and knees together, bend forward on an exhalation with your torso resting on your thighs and your forehead on the mat.
Bring the sitting bones towards the heels as much as possible.
The arms are relaxed along the legs.
BREATH
Exhale: relax everything.
Make space between the shoulder blades and between the neck and sitting bones.

Inhale: feel the pressure against your legs as your chest and abdomen expand and feel the ribs widen in all directions.
GETTING OUT OF THE POSE
Inhale: come to hands and knees.
