GETTING INTO THE POSE
From a kneeling position with the big toes together and the knees wide apart, bend forward on an exhalation with your torso resting between your thighs and your forehead on the mat.
Bring the sitting bones towards the heels as much as possible.
Stretch the arms forward shoulder width distence.
BREATH
Exhale: relax everything.
Inhale: Make length between the shoulder blades and the hands and between the neck and sitting bones.
- Or -
On the inhale, feel the pressure against your legs as your chest and abdomen expand and feel the ribs widen in all directions.
GETTING OUT OF THE POSE
Inhale: come to hands and knees.
